- Within 14 days of receiving your order, send a withdrawal declaration to support@maisonachi.com (you may use the withdrawal form — available below, but it is not obligatory).
- You will receive a free return label with packing instructions.
- Dispatch the parcel within 14 days. Warehouse address on the label: Dziupla Self Storage, ul. Wrotkowska 2, 20-469 Lublin, Poland, UNITY PRIME GROUP.
Returns from outside the EU (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom, Ukraine):
- Within 14 days, send a withdrawal declaration to support@maisonachi.com.
- You will receive a free return label and customs documents marked "returned goods" — this way the parcel is not subject to customs charges again. Please do not ship the parcel yourself before receiving the instructions.
- Dispatch the parcel at the carrier’s service point within 14 days.

Every pair is crafted from natural leather and deserves a few minutes of attention. Below is everything you need to keep them looking their best.
Patent Leather (Black Patent, Burgundy Patent): Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use creams, polishes, or solvents — patent leather does not need them and may lose its shine. Avoid contact with dark fabrics, especially raw denim, as the dye can permanently transfer onto the patent surface.
Smooth Calfskin (Black, Gray, Ivory): Remove dust with a soft brush. Every few wears, apply a clear (neutral) calfskin cream and buff gently. The Ivory shade is highly prone to staining — wear and store it away from dark materials.
The sole: The sole is made of genuine leather and absorbs water; therefore, these pumps should not be worn in the rain. If you wear them frequently, consider having a thin protective rubber sole fitted by a cobbler — this will add seasons to their lifespan.
Heel and Brooch: The heel tips (115 mm) wear down faster than the rest of the shoe. Replace them before the metal pin becomes exposed — at that stage, the repair is simple and inexpensive. Wipe the metal brooch with a dry cloth only, and keep it away from cosmetics and perfume.
Storage: After each wear, let the shoes air out for a few hours. Then, store them in the provided dust bag, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Never dry your shoes on a radiator — high heat causes the leather to harden and crack.
