Shipping policy
Products are shipped from our warehouse in Poland.
Dispatch preparation: 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery takes place without undue delay, no later than 30 days from conclusion of the contract.
Where we deliver: Poland, EU countries and selected non-EU countries (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom, Ukraine).
Carriers: DHL, UPS, DPD and other partners.
Cost: free shipping (included in the product price).
⚠ Orders outside the EU
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import VAT may apply and are paid by the recipient upon delivery. The amount depends on the destination country and is set by the local customs authority. Shipping remains free.
